Chatbots & Voicebots

Better interactions through intelligent assistants

Gensai builds custom AI chatbots and voicebots, connected to your knowledge through RAG: text assistants on your website or on WhatsApp, real-time voice agents, all the way to AI avatars that embody your brand. Expertise deployed above all in museography, events, tourism and leisure.

From text to voice there is just one step: a chatbot connected to your data becomes a voicebot by adding speech recognition, speech synthesis and controlled latency so the dialogue stays natural. Thanks to real-time APIs, our assistants answer in under a second, on the phone or on an interactive kiosk.

Embodiment changes the experience: a 3D AI avatar, animated and lip-synced with the voice, turns an assistant into a genuine interlocutor. In a museum, at a trade show, in a tourist office or a leisure park, these conversational installations create a memorable visitor experience, serving cultural mediation as much as reception.

And when confidentiality or the venue demands it, everything can run 100% locally, with no Internet connection: a precious choice for scenography and high-traffic venues, robust and energy-frugal.

Use cases

Cultural mediation in museums

Conversational museography: visitors talk with a work, a character or an exhibition, by voice or on screen.

Tourist office reception

A multilingual assistant available 24/7: practical information, visit ideas, personalised recommendations.

Event companion

Trade shows, congresses, seminars: a WhatsApp chatbot supports attendees in real time, from schedule to access maps.

Leisure parks and attractions

Waiting times, park map, dining, ticketing: a voicebot answers families, on a kiosk or on mobile.

Reception avatar

A 3D character embodies your brand at a venue entrance, on a booth or on your website, and starts the conversation.

Intelligent phone reception

A voicebot qualifies requests, informs and takes messages, even outside opening hours.

Internal HR or IT assistant

Answering teams' recurring questions and routing them to the right people, inside your existing tools.

Member and donor relations

A non-profit informs, answers frequent questions and eases registrations, without tying up volunteers.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a chatbot and a voicebot?

A chatbot converses in writing, a voicebot understands speech and answers aloud. Technically, the voicebot adds speech recognition (STT) and speech synthesis (TTS) around the same core: a language model connected to your data through RAG.

Can a chatbot work without the Internet?

Yes. Gensai has deployed complete voice installations running locally on a simple Mac Mini: speech recognition, language model, RAG and speech synthesis, with no connection at all. An ideal approach for museography and high-traffic venues.

Can a chatbot run on WhatsApp?

Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API. It is a very effective channel when your users are on the move, especially in the events industry: an assistant centralises all the useful information and answers instantly, in the thread everyone already knows.

What is an AI avatar?

An AI avatar is an animated 3D character that embodies a conversational assistant: it speaks with a synthetic voice, syncs with it and reacts to the exchange. It gives your brand a face, on a website, a booth or a reception screen.
