In accordance with Articles 6-III and 19 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy (L.C.E.N.), and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users and visitors, hereinafter the "User", of the website https://www.gensai.ai, hereinafter the "Site", are hereby informed of the present legal notice.
Connecting to and browsing the Site implies the User's full and unreserved acceptance of this legal notice, available on the Site under the "Legal notice" section.
Article 1 – Publisher
The Site is published by Gensai.ai, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 5,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 991 510 363 (SIREN 991 510 363), whose registered office is located at:

Article 2 – Hosting provider

Article 3 – Access to the Site
The Site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, or maintenance requirements. In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of its services, the Publisher cannot be held liable.
Article 4 – Personal data
The Site does not collect any directly identifying personal data through forms or other means. No sensitive or personal data is collected without the User's explicit consent.
Anonymised data may be collected for audience-measurement purposes (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics), only after the User has given consent through the cookie-management banner (see Article 5).
The conversational widget on the Site relies on third-party services to operate; no data is retained by the Publisher for profiling purposes.
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, the User has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning them, which can be exercised by writing to hello@gensai.ai. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Article 5 – Cookies
On the first visit, a banner informs the User of the possible use of cookies and third-party content, and allows them to give, refuse or customise their consent. This choice can be changed at any time via the cookie-management button on the Site, or by configuring the browser to block or delete cookies.
Article 6 – Limitation of liability
The Publisher strives to provide accurate, up-to-date information on the Site. However, errors or omissions may occur. The Publisher cannot be held liable for:
- the use of information available on the Site;
- direct or indirect damage arising from access to or use of the Site;
- the content of third-party websites accessible via hyperlinks on the Site.
Article 7 – Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos and videos, is the exclusive property of Gensai.ai, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use without the Publisher's prior authorisation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.
Article 8 – Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

This legal notice may be modified at any time without notice. Users are advised to consult it regularly to stay informed of any updates.
