Deepfake

Ethics & compliance

A deepfake is a video, image or audio recording generated or altered by AI to make a person appear to say or do something they never said or did. It fuels disinformation and fraud, such as a fake transfer request from a company executive. The AI Act requires such content to be clearly labelled as artificially generated.

In practice at Gensai

Gensai's AI training courses teach teams how to spot deepfakes and how to respond to fraud attempts.
