Gensai, AI agency in Paris

Team, method and commitments

Gensai is an artificial intelligence agency based in Paris, founded by Jérôme Reminiac and Sébastien Lecocq. The studio designs, builds and puts into production AI agents, chatbots and answer engines, voice AI solutions and custom developments, for SMEs, agencies, foundations, non-profits and large companies. Its line: responsible, sovereign and frugal AI that works in the client's real conditions.

An agency, from framing to production

Gensai frames the need, advises on model and architecture choices, then delivers a solution that runs: connected to the client's data, integrated into its tools, tested on its real cases before going live. Every project starts with a first use case validated in two to three weeks, then scales up if the results are there.

Projects range from a voice agent installed in a public venue to an internal answer engine, through process automation and team training. They are delivered for SMEs, agencies, foundations, non-profits and large companies, with one thing in common: a precise use case, data to exploit and the wish to validate quickly before investing.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI models does Gensai work with?

Open-weight models first, Mistral for instance, self-hostable in France or in Europe, and proprietary models when the case requires it. The architecture stays agnostic: the chosen model can be swapped for another without rebuilding the solution.

Cloud or local: how does Gensai decide?

Based on the venue, confidentiality and volume. An installation in a public place without a reliable network runs locally, an internal assistant on sensitive data is hosted in France or in Europe, a consumer chatbot can rely on a European cloud model. The choice is made from the first use case.

What budget should be planned for a project with Gensai?

As a guide, a first use case on real data (POC) costs between €3,000 and €5,000 excluding VAT. A first version teams can use (MVP) costs between €5,000 and €10,000 excluding VAT, not including hosting and model usage. The amount depends on the integrations required and is announced after a first 30-minute call.

What are the timelines for a project with Gensai?

A first use case usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. Moving to a usable version or to production then takes 1 to 3 months, depending on the integrations. Working in stages makes it possible to check the value of the solution on real data before committing a larger budget.

Can Gensai take over a project that has already started?

Yes: taking over a prototype, auditing an existing assistant or adding an AI component to an application already in place. The first call is used to assess what exists and decide what to keep.

Does Gensai work with agencies and integrators?

Yes. Communication agencies, studios and integrators entrust Gensai with the AI component of their projects, as co-contractor or subcontractor, and keep the relationship with their client.

Does Gensai train teams?

Yes, on two levels: awareness workshops for management teams who want to understand before investing, and training for the teams who will use an assistant every day. The acceptance of an AI project depends as much on usage as on technology.

A project, a question?

A 30-minute call is enough to frame a first use case and quote it.
