A notary's office drafts its preliminary sale agreements from numerous supporting documents and sensitive client data. Gensai designed a sovereign tool that automates this drafting. The team creates the file, selects the type of sale and uploads all the documents: the AI analyses them, renames them and extracts the relevant information, using Mistral's OCR and models. The fields of the deed are reviewed and corrected directly in the tool before the Word document is generated. The time saved reaches several hours per contract. Hosted by Scaleway in France, the solution keeps client data within a controlled framework.
