An AI audio analysis solution was developed to identify, in real time, donation pledges and the amounts announced during calls for a call center specializing in fundraising. The AI analyzes conversations, structures the collected data, and provides actionable indicators. This approach allows charities to adjust their messaging and optimize their fundraising campaigns based on observed results.
The need
In a telephone fundraising campaign, everything happens in the conversation: the donor pledges, hesitates, states an amount. This spoken information is hard to track while the campaign is running.
How it works
AssemblyAI transcribes the calls, then a Mistral language model spots the donation pledges and the amounts announced in the transcript. The data is structured and returned as indicators.
What the project shows
Voice is business data like any other. Once transcribed and analysed, it makes it possible to adjust a pitch during the campaign, not after its final report.
