POC (proof of concept)

Methods & visibility

A POC, or proof of concept, is a limited prototype that checks within a few weeks that a use case works on real data, before committing to a larger investment. It differs from an MVP, the first usable version offered to real users.

In practice at Gensai

Gensai projects move from POC to production, like the voice-based English test first built as an MVP for a training centre.
